African student in Kuching suspected of Ebola

KUCHING: A 24-year-old Zimbabwean student in Sarawak is being investigated after developing some Ebola symptoms.State Assistant Public Health Minister Datuk Dr Jerip Susil confirmed the patient reported himself to Kuching Specialist Centre on Saturday evening feeling feverish.”He told the hospital that he had been in contact with students from Nigeria and the private hospital took all necessary precautions.

Sarawak BN parties against newcomers joining coalition

KUCHING: Two Sarawak Barisan Nasional (BN) parties – SPDP and PRS – have reiterated that they are firmly against the two new parties – Teras and UPP – being admitted into the coalition. Can Sabah dan Sarawak secede?

Once again I am writing about Abdul Rahman Dahlan, the Kota Belud MP who was reported on Feb 17, 2014 in the mainstream media to have cited the 20-Points and said the following:

(1) It is seditious and treasonous to suggest that both Sabah and Sarawak secede from the Federation of Malaysia;

(2) Sabah and Sarawak cannot secede from Malaysia;

(3) Secession is not a solution to the woes of Sabah and Sarawak.
